The surface is treated with an anti-slip treatment and absorbs sweat perfectly. It is absolutely ideal for power, vinyasa, hot or ashtanga yoga. Also suitable for pilates exercises or various types of fitness training.

Activating the non-slip surface: If you don't sweat much during exercise or at the beginning of exercise when your limbs are not yet wet, we recommend spraying a small amount of water on the mat. A classic sprayer with lukewarm water will be enough for you.
